I feel very fortunate to be able to review this beautiful barrette made by northwestgoods. It came in a secure package along with a card with the shop name and easy to follow instructions on how to use the barrette. I immediately followed the directions with success to find that it looked amazing in my hair. I have very thick hair and I was a little skeptical as to whether it would be able to hold my hair securely, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it not only held my hair but it stayed in place and was also very comfortable. I love how it has gold, silver, and copper in it because they all look very nice together and you can wear it with anything. You could easily wear this barrette for a formal occasion but you can also wear it as an everyday piece. The only problem that I seemed to have is my hair would get tangled in the spirals while I was trying to take it out. I also have to say that this shop is run by a nice couple who are both very friendly and very talented. I also would like to mention that I got many compliments on this barrette and I was happy to recommend northwestgoods to those who also loved the barrette.

I had the pleasure of reviewing not one but two lovely pieces from bythebead. First I would like to say that it was a quick and simple transaction. She was very thorough in contacting me and these OOAK earrings that she made for me to review got to me a lot more quickly than I expected them to. She is very friendly and always responded to my convos. They were packaged in bubble wrap and came in a cute little sheer black drawstring bag. The first pair (the green pair) are a lovely color and my mother just loved them. They dangle at a very nice length and the golden over the green compliments each other. I however preferred the second pair (the white pair). I almost lost one at work when it happened to fall out, but with an easy pinch to the wire I made them hook a little more and they haven't fallen out since. I got a compliment from a co-worker on the white pair, she thought that they were very elegant. All in all this was a wonderful transaction and the earrings are definitely a good buy.

Epically Epic Soap Co.

This is Midnight Soap by Epically Epic Soap Co. on Etsy! I had the pleasure of reviewing this soap. First off my experience with Epically Epic Soap was wonderful. She was very polite, nice, and punctual. Her line of communication was open and constant. She sent me a convo. letting me know that she had sent out the soap and that I should be watching out for it in my mailbox (a big plus in my book). The packaging was beautiful, she had the soap in a decorative box and then wrapped in lavender tissue paper. She also put in a business card with her logo, name, and shop name on it. I could smell the soap before I even fully unwrapped it. It smelled great and when I finally got it unwrapped it looked awesome. The stars and the moons were so neat and really reminded me of the name of the soap as well. While I was using it the smells were so soothing and really relaxed me. Afterwards my skin was not only nice and clean but smelled wonderfully. This is definitely a shop I would recommend.
